A life of advocacy
Passionate about human rights, diversity, and inclusion, I have built a career around advocacy. I am fortunate and proud to have worked with human rights organizations such as Human Rights Watch, Acces Equite/Equity Access and The Rocky Mountain Civil Liberties Association. I have also supported access to justice through my involvement in groups which serve marginalized populations, such as: Calgary Legal Guidance, HIV/AIDS Legal Network, Scope Society, Deaf and Hear Alberta, McMan Youth Services and Affirm United/s’ Affirmer Ensemble, having worked both on the front line as a volunteer or employee, and later as a member of the boards of directors of many of these organizations.

resume
Bradley Collin Smith, KC
An 18+ year veteran, I work with my clients to help them separate and move on with their lives in constructive and positive ways. If there’s a positive and mutually-beneficial way for two parties to resolve their legal dispute, I will work to find and advocate for it.
I apply the same philosophy when it comes to mediation, working always toward the most positive and beneficial way to help clients find resolution.
In all cases, quick and timely communication is a priority in order to help clients feel secure in their paths forward.
